We believe beauty begins with healthy skin. None of our products or services are known to be hazardous to your health or damaging to your skin. As well, we practice hospital standards of hygiene in all areas of our spa to safeguard you against infection and help ensure a clean, comfortable and pleasant experience.

Spa Etiquette
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your treatment begins to allow us to process you through our reception. Arriving late will reduce the length of your treatment. Your treatment must end on time so the next client is not delayed, regardless of how late you start.
What to Wear
Robes and gowns will be provided for services that require them. Your personal items will be kept in the treatment room with you. You will be asked to remove all jewelry before treatments. You may prefer to leave it at home to assure you do not forget it in your relaxed state after your service! You will be professionally draped to assure your privacy. For body treatments, if you feel more comfortable in a bathing suit, please bring one. Be advised that some of the natural ingredients in our treatments may stain clothing.
Cancellation Policy
Your visit is an intensive, one-on-one experience. Prior to your arrival, staff sill book time and treatment rooms will be reserved, sanitized and prepared just for you. Therefore, we request the courtesy of adequate notice of cancellation.

A credit card number is required in order to book a spa package or bridal make-up. Failure to give adequate notice of cancellation will result in a charge of 25% of the total cost of the service.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available for specific treatments, packages, or at a set dollar sales.

Prices do not include 5% G.S.T. Services are based on availability. Prices and services are subject to change without notice. Treatment duration is approximate and may occasionally vary from times listed. Gratuities are not included in the prices and are left to the client's discretion. |
